Once the statute of limitations on actions that may be exercised in each case has expired, we will delete your personal data.

5. Will we share your data with third parties?

In order to fulfil the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, it is necessary for us to provide access to your personal data to entities affiliated with the Group and to third parties who assist us with services that we offer you, namely:

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE POLICY

This policy describes the manner in which PARC DE BELLOCH processes the personal data collected using video surveillance cameras and from the locations and devices controlling access to the buildings of PARC DE BELLOCH.

I. Who is the controler of the data compiled?

The personal data controller is PARC DE BELLOCH S.L., with registered office at Ctra. C-251, km. 5.6, 08430 La Roca.

The legal department is responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection regulations when it comes to the processing conducted by PARC DE BELLOCH, also in relation to video surveillance and access control.

II. What do we use your personal data for?

We compile a range of personal data, which is detailed in the following section, with the primary aim of assuring the security of our premises and, specifically:

  • Data compiled via the video surveillance system are processed to assure the security of the assets and individuals on our premises.
  • Data compiled via our access control systems are processed:
    • To enable access to offices, working areas and restricted areas.
    • To control access by staff and visitors.
    • To assure the security of the assets and individuals on our premises.

III. What kind of personal data do we process?

  • Identification data (names, ID cards, companies to which individuals belong, names of the individuals you are visiting, etc.). We will ask you for these details upon entering our premises.
  • Video recordings. While you are within the recording range of our video surveillance cameras installed throughout our building, your image may be recorded. There are no hidden cameras and all cameras are signed.

IV. Legal grounds for processing

We process your personal data based on the legitimate interest of PARC DE BELLOCH in assuring the security of its premises, along with that of the assets and individuals therein.

V. Who do we share your data with?

Your data may be accessed by companies with which we outsource security and reception services, along with the technical maintenance services for our video surveillance cameras and access systems.

No data shall be disclosed to third parties, unless required by legal imperative. If a security incident is brought to our attention or there are signs that a crime has been committed (theft, vandalism, assault on individuals, etc.), the data compiled using our video surveillance cameras and access control systems shall be made available to the national security bodies and forces and/or the relevant judges and courts.

VI. For how long do we retain your data?

The data compiled shall be deleted within a maximum period of 30 days (counting from the moment they are recorded).

Under exceptional circumstances, PARC DE BELLOCH shall retain a copy of the data for a longer period whenever a security incident has taken place or there are signs that a crime has been committed.

VII. Your rights

According to current data protection regulations, you benefit from the following rights:

  • The right to access your data and secure a copy thereof.
  • The right to delete and rectify your data.
  • The right to limit the processing of your data.
  • The right to object to the processing of your data.
  • The right to portability of the data you have provided.

Please bear in mind that, although you may exercise any of the foregoing rights, the specific nature of the processing regulated under this policy does not allow us to successfully respond to your requests in every instance.

For instance, we cannot rectify a video surveillance recording or access record that automatically shows the time of entry to our premises.

Moreover, PARC DE BELLOCH acknowledges that you have the right to submit a complaint to the legal department if you consider that improper processing of your personal data has been carried out. This complaint will be investigated in a confidential manner and you will receive a reply.
